With Augustin, you are satisfied or refunded!
You have a period of 14 days to return your products ordered if you are not fully satisfied (see general conditions of sale).
We undertake to reimburse you for any product returned in its entirety, and in its original packaging, with the exception of the costs of return of the product, and possible contribution to the cost of postage and order preparation.
Items that are incomplete or already worn will not be refunded.
If the product does not please me, what should I do?

This product will be exchanged or refunded (by a credit, a bank check or the "recredit" of your credit card).
The return and shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product does not correspond to your initial order.
