With Augustin, satisfied or your money back!

You have 14 days to return your ordered products to us if you are not fully satisfied with them (see general terms and conditions of sale).
We undertake to refund any product returned complete and in its original packaging, except for the cost of returning the product and any contribution towards shipping and order preparation costs.
Incomplete or already worn items cannot be refunded.

If I don't like the product, what should I do?

This product will be exchanged or refunded (via a credit note, a cheque, or a "recredit" to your bank card).
Return and reshipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product does not match your original order.
